  • Take a large saucepan with 4 cups of water. Put the leaves and let the water boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Steps

  • Add non pasteurized cream. Ready to serve hot.

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup fresh nettle

  • Take the leaves, banana, kale, apple, coconut water and avocado. Blend them all in a blender until you get desired consistency
