Desert Look Decors Give Warmth to Space

The interior designs would look great with the outdoor designs. Getting greenery or the desert themes into the four walls would look great. There is a lot of creativity and imagination induced in getting this trend. There are earthy hues, leather furniture, textured wood, an animal skull and green plants. It is not easy to imagine and get a creative atmosphere into the house.

Floor and Walls

Changes can be made by changing the wallpaper or putting a brand new carpet in the living room. To get the look of the South American Villa or the Californian ranch house use pure white color for the walls. These walls would be the neutral palette for the other colors to be used in future.

To get warm, textured and homely flooring, people prefer anti-slip tiles which would be of rustic wood. Using pure wood for flooring requires more maintenance and thus it would be better to use porcelain tiles having a wood design. These tiles can be used in high moisture areas like bathroom and kitchen also. The traditional look with the electric underfloor heating would give warmth to the atmosphere. The walls and floor can be brightened up with some desert plants and carpets. Desert inspired prints would live up the atmosphere. Tugs can be hung on the wall especially the chic rug from Nirvana.

Seating Has To Be Planned

After the walls and flooring, it is the time for the comfort area. Mostly the living room would be the place where people relax. The desert look would be best for the sitting area. The seating should be decorated with special design covers which would remind you about the nature in the desert.

Wood colored flooring with white walls would match best with the leather furniture. This furniture is easy to clean and it looks stylish and bold. Barcelona chair with cognac cowhide upholstery looking elegant. The furniture with the background colors gives a mad men style in the desert décor.

Near a wooden table under the light lamp, there is a rustic wooden table which would be the perfect place to be lazy with a good cup of coffee. Small Additions

Small things add more beauty to the interiors. Choosing the correct decorative items to match with eh wall, flooring and the other things in the room is not an easy job. These small things would be more difficult to choose than tiling, painting or upholstering. Instead of putting twenty items which do no increase the décor of the room it is better to put four or five items. The desert chic décor gives more relaxation and you can enjoy natural air here.

There are many home design stores where you can just spend some time to choose the items. Scullants like aloe vera and cactus would look attractive. If you feel natural plants have to be maintained then use some artificial ones. Old newspapers, magazines and toys can be stored in the White Sea Grass Storage Basket. Bamboo pendant light shades would give rustic looks and texture inside the room. There should be a theme in the room which takes the first look of the guest. Resin painted skull of an animal would look great to hang on the wall.
