A very common mistake that many people do is to kiss the black stone from far away, in the air or even to stop during Tawaf for the sake of kissing this stone. If there is a big crowd of people there and you are creating disturbance by doing so then such an act is not liked by Allah Almighty. If it is easy for you to kiss black stone, then you must do or try to touch it with your hand and then kiss your hand. Even if this is not possible then it is not just to do so, you should point to it from far away and just say, “Allahu Akbar”.

Shouting out Duas:

You must not shout out Duas during Tawaf of the Holy Kaaba. During Tawaf, all the Muslims follow a leader who uses to say Dua loudly so that others can hear him and follow him but the purpose is not to induce others to shout as well. If the whole crowd will start shouting out Duas then it will cause a big disturbance and some people who have weak listening skills will not be able to hear the leader.

To do Tawaf on behalf of someone else:

Another common mistake that has been observed is that many Muslims do Tawaf of the holy Kaaba on behalf of any of his family member especially for those who have passed away. Such an act is not valid in the light of Islam. You can perform Hajj and Umrah on their behalf but only Tawaf on behalf of others is not valid.
