Chinese food and their growing popularity

Chinese food has become a part of Indian cuisine and has evolved in many ways. The cuisine developed in Kolkata, by the Chinese community that has settled there for a century. It has slowly flourished throughout the country. The food has become an integral part of menu in restaurants in India and is famous as a street food. Unlike Indian cuisine the Chinese food is not that much spicy. Though both cooking style uses lot of herbs in their cooking. In India the dish has evolved and one can see Indian touch and flavor on it.

People liking the Chinese food in the country has increased manifold. The demand has led the people to explore the new dishes that can hold the people. These new experiments has paid off well and attracted more people.

Delhi, being a cosmopolitan has different people settled in the city. Small Tibetan community is found in the northern region of the capital. The community being the closest to China has their own food with Chinese influence. They have settled in India for over 50 years. The soups and appetizer that these people have is slowly becoming famous in the city. Their cuisine has slowly getting a touch of India, as people experimenting with them.
