Change the Game with a Water Launch Pad

by Jack Rudolph Water trampolines

Everything else seems so very easy and pale when compared to this! Indeed, bouncing up and down on a water trampoline even for hours cannot generate half the excitement of what you will get with just one launch….

Yes, adrenaline junkies have discovered a new thrill – shooting up from a water blob! The thrill knows no bounds as you fly up, up and up into the sky, but wait the water is waiting beneath you and you soon hit the calm blueness with a loud splash. Those who have tried water blobbing even once say that words just cannot describe the feeling of being propelled into the air. And once is obviously never enough and they are back at again and again.

So, what are you doing just reading about the adrenaline pumping adventure? Go ahead and add a water launch pad to your lakeside summer camp, seaside water park or ocean facing resort. People will not be able to resist the thrilling temptation and nor will they be able to have enough of it ever. And as customers keep coming in droves, your water sports business will boom like never before.

But you got to be very careful as well. Inquire around for renowned manufacturers of inflatable water sports equipment who make the safest and best quality water launch pads. Never settle for anything less than perfect as your customers’ safety and ultimately, your own business reputation is at stake.

And it doesn’t end with just buying a faultless water blob. You have to follow the instructions carefully when setting up the equipment. Time and precision is important here, so don’t rush things or you will only repent later.

Carefully choose the place where the water launch pad will be installed and used. The water around the device should always be at least 8 to 10 feet deep. You will need a platform from where the jumper will ‘leap’ down and on to the blob. It can be a cliff top, a roof, an existing dock or you can make your own platform as you wish. This platform should rise above the water level by around 15 feet or so. The water launch pad should be directly under the platform, with the platform overlapping the blob by approximately 5 feet.

You need to hire a professional jumper who will do a butt drop off the platform and on to the water blob below again and again. The customer has to be carefully seated in his position at the other end of the launch pad and informed in advance about what to expect. He should be made to wear a protective life jacket as well.

Lifeguards should also be stationed to ensure the safety of all the participants and control the activity on both the platform and the blob.

Finally, regularly check the blob and store it carefully when not in use.
