Celebrities, along with following a strict work out regime also stick to a diet plan to stay in good shape and health. Eating right, avoiding foods high in starch and carbohydrates, including good amounts of fruits and drinking plenty of water, keeping the skin hydrated is the key to their flawless glowing skin and fit physiques.

Jennifer Aniston- there is a cut down on rice, pasta, bread and other foods laden with carbohydrates, preferred foods are protein rich with loads of fruits and vegetables included.

  • Breakfast includes a fat free muffin with a fruit spread, fruits and yoghurt
  • Lunch – salad with low fat dressing and cheese.
  • Dinner – Vegetables and fish.

Sarah Jessica Parker – prefers a low carb high protein diet coupled with good exercise.

  • Breakfast – ice tea with good amount of sugar.
  • Lunch – bacon and fried eggs
  • Dinner – roast lamb.

Madonna – eating only when hungry and prefers low cal food. Diet usually includes organic vegetables, pulses, whole grains and white fish at times, mostly prefers vegetarian diet.

  • Breakfast – Porridge oats
  • Lunch- Watercress soup
  • Dinner – green lentils, brown rice, sautéed white fish.

Courtney Cox – is blessed with a fast body metabolism rate, diet usually includes seafood, meat, butter, cheese, eggs and vegetables. Makes sure her one reward meal is balanced.

  • Breakfast – Bagel with light cream cheese.
  • Lunch – Pasta
  • Dinner – Salad

Lisa Kudrow – avoids red meat, eats small portions but frequently. Stays away from processed foods, eats loads of fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, soy products, nuts, green tea, avocados, small amounts of yoghurt and cheese.

  • Breakfast – Yoghurt and fresh fruit
  • Lunch – Pasta
  • Dinner – Vegetables, fish and potatoes.

Claudia Schiffer – Keeps to three meals a day for a healthy metabolism

  • Breakfast - Fresh fruits
  • Dinner – salad and steamed veggies.
  • Snacks – sticks to tomato juice, herbal tea, black grapes.

Angelina Jolie Pitt – a protein rich diet of lean meats and plenty of water to keep her skin hydrated.

Portia Di Rossi – says no to sauces and salad dressing, keeps away from diary products and sweets.

  • Breakfast – Scrambled egg whites
  • Lunch – Diet coke, steamed vegetables.
  • Dinner – Grilled chicken.

Ashley Judd – starts her day with hot water and lime juice, adds soy milk in her cereal, stays away from carbs. Includes fresh fruits and vegetables .


Drew Barrymore – stays with 3 meals a day, goes for a diet coke occasionally. Follows a regular work out regime .

Liz Hurley – Never eats her protein and carbs together as the body digests them differently. Eats low fat yoghurt and boiled egg for breakfast, grilled chicken breast with steamed vegetables and dinner includes baked beans with mixed salad.

Demi Moore – drinks herbal tea regularly, takes vitamin supplements with her tea in-between her meals.
