Ccna Eve Ng Labs Set Up and It’s Usage

The Ccna eve ng labs requirements are x4 vCPU and 8GB RAM. The Images used in labs have a VPCS host device. After the lab set is imported, make sure you have set it for the lab with the proper vIOS image. This image version used in the lab is on Topology. The Lab contains 2 configurations which sets Default and Solved. The default configuration set has no configuration.

Steps to start a Ccna eve ng lab:

There are a number of options to build your individual Cisco SD-WAN lab. EVE-NG is your best option and for that Cisco iosv download should be done first. This includes:

·         Downloading the required Cisco & EVE-NG images.

·         Installing the EVE-NG

·         Installing the images on the EVE-NG installation

·         Testing whether you can use all the images.

They are almost ready to use, just you need to create a proper image folder & load the image. vmdk file needs to be covert to qcow2 format before loading it in EVE. The vios advanced enterprise is there and it contains vmdk in the filename. This means that it will need to convert to a qcow2 file. The images also contain qcow2. This means that those images are almost ready to load & there is no need for extra conversation.

If it happens to run into versions with 12. x as the basic IOS version, then you will still have a way to learn a lot of the diverse labs available. You will have a very quick overview of why you should be using routers & switches for your lab but you do not have to purchase any of them. Using EVE-NG you can also simulate your entire environment & scale up as you learn more & more complex network designs.
