keep your teeth apart and prevent issues in them.

surgeries. This is usually done when the major cause of bruxism is detected to
be an incorrect teeth alignment.

In order to avoid stress and thereby
clenching of the teeth, you can follow the following tips:
· Cut down alcohol, tea, sodas and coffee intake which could cause to stained teeth.

Never ever chew anything rough
that you do not intend eating. For instance, pencils, pens, and nails are not
your eatables.

Dip a cloth in warm water and
hold it against your jaw. This heat therapy would lower the stress and prevent
clenching.
