Taking the name "Donkey" exercises for legs with a partner are executed as simple as it is effective. You do not need machines, barbells or dumbbells. Only a partner. The exercise consists of lifting the rear ends with a partner. The torso should be parallel to the ground, forming an angle of 90 degrees with the feet. Hand position can be parallel to the ground (supported in front on a trellis) or parallel to the legs (you can use a seat knee).
Regardless of the exercise for legs especially have to keep in mind some rules:
- - Execute warming joints to avoid accidents;
- - Make sure you perform the exercises safely (at the gym or at home);
- - Breathe properly during execution: top end position and inspire the comeback.
