QI Wireless Chargers & The Automotive Industry
Major wireless phone carriers are adopting the Qi wireless charging technology. Additionally, many car manufactures are installing them in their 2014 and 2015 models. Receiver Install - Very simple to install the Wireless receiver. See our 3 step process below 1) Removing back cover, 2) Placing receiver on battery, 3) Replacing the back of phone. Install, remove the back case and set on top of battery and connects directly to power source allowing Qi Wireless charging capabilities. This receiver is included in all pledges excluding the one of just our Wowhoo charger device. All others this will be included for your phone.
2 Options for Apple Phones Below
Qi Wireless Receiver build into case (White and Black available currently) - These are protective cases with Qi built into them. You can either choose this option or the option below that plus into your iPhone and wraps around back below your case. Your case hides the QI receiver. We are working on adding case options for other phones, should be available for Samsung phones soon. If you pledge for a Samsung phone and we get our case sample in within the next 15-30 days you can of course choose the case or the receiver you add over your battery, your choice. Were working on a full line of QI cases for all brands, these will be added and updated as we get samples, and you can choose from these.
Iphone Qi receiver - Plug in and fold back behind your phone under your case. Very easy to use takes about 15 seconds to install. Picks up wireless reception through all case materials.
