effect. There is some evidence that the consumption of olive oil lowers cholesterol

Olive oil can help to prevent clogged arteries in other ways. It

the arteries.

beneficial in treating the disease. They do. Some of these benefits include:

heart problems. In many ways, they are life-saving. They may not be the main
reason that you want to start a new diet and lose a lot of weight, but they are
certainly worth considering.
Heart problems are preventable, so the benefits of olive oil may
not be the only reason you are considering this type of cooking oil. However,
