All who want to grow and excel in life have to transit from one phase to another,  as education is the most powerful medium to accomplish set goals, we should be more careful about it. Students find themselves in a dilemma when they find themselves snared in a web of innumerable and unanswered questions. What kind of question paper it’s going to be? Will I able to score well? Will I be able to get a right kind of coaching? Will I get the college and course of my choice? These and many more such questions a student usually confront before the commencement of board examinations, every year.

They often share their problems with friends, but they too are the victim of same havoc, they usually afraid sharing these with parents or teachers. Eventually, they end-up all in frustration, fear and poor performance. SKOL System provides comprehensive package of study material, notes, mock tests and all relevant information required by a student to take the exams with confidence and enthusiasm. A format through which they can plan this crucial phase in an easy manner. Here are some tips to relieve you during this challenging phase.

a) Make your timetable; prepare your timetable and allocate your timings in a righteous way to all your subjects.

b) Time for revision; allocate your time judiciously between relaxation and studying. While revising, take breaks, so that you can rejuvenate your energies. Try to write and revise so that you can actually calculate the timings you need to write a particular answer. Also try to attempt certain test papers during your revision hours.

c) Short breaks are necessary; It is not mandatory for a student to keep sitting for long hours. Take breaks and indulge yourself in a leisure activity such as listening music, dancing, watching TV, chit chat with your friend, playing your favorite game etc. Such activities will help you distress yourself, thus strengthening your concentration.

d) Eat and sleep; Sleep deprivation hampers your concentration. Take 6-7 hours of continuous sleep and stop working an hour before your bedtime. Try to eat green leafy vegetables, green tea, healthy nutrients as they will keep you fresh and healthy. Avoid caffeinated drinks, too much tea and coffee and high cholesterol foods during exams

e) Meditate and think positive; Meditate for 15-20 minutes during a day. Think positive and believe in yourself. Self belief keeps you going and helps you achieve success.
