The concept of modular homes is one of the most important topics that get discussed worldwide and everywhere. 3. Modular homes design comes in different sizes and shapes. Mobile homes are however small in size as it is movable—bigger the size of the house—greater difficulty in moving house. Mobile homes are generally of single, double, and triple wide specifications.

 

4. Taxes, home loans, and insurance premiums on modular or mobile houses are the same as of the traditionally built houses.
