What is a cement concrete hardener?

An admixture of such chemicals like calcium chloride, sodium chloride, or sodium hydroxide makes a solution that hastens the cementing material known as Cement Concrete Hardener. This chemical is used to harden the cement tiles while manufacturing. The concrete takes the least time to set and give higher strength to the tiles.

How to use a hardener?

A little amount of the chemical is added in raw cement concrete material to increase the speed of production and good surface finish. This chemical hardener compound is water-based, clear silicate liquid, ready-to-use. It is formulated with chemically reactive raw material to harden and dustproof concrete.

What does it do?

This water-based solution, when properly applied, provides a significant improvement in abrasion and improves the durability of the concrete surface in the comparison of untreated concrete.  When this densified applied and penetrated into the concrete surface, a chemical reaction happens and it fills in the pores of the concrete which solidify the concrete eliminates dusting, and pitting as well as enhances durability to the concrete.
