6 Creative Ways You Can Use Your Cooler Bagsby Jeff M. Writer
Gone are the days when your visit to the beach dares not exclude a huge chest of ice. While some still do it that old way, most people would now rather opt for cooler bags for their portability and the convenience they offer.
However, what most people don’t know is that there are many other creative ways cooler bags can be used and below are just a few of them.
1. Extra luggage
There are those days where you have too many things to carry around and your handbag just isn’t large enough to carry them. Times like these are when you have to get creative and put your cooler bags to use.
Nobody really cares what’s inside anyway – just you – so you can carry your extra shoe, makeup bag, some books, as much stuffs as it can contain and move around with ease.
You’re probably branching to the store from work and have to pick up a couple of things. Your handbag in one hand and your cooler bag in another. After shopping, a couple of the purchased goods can sit comfortably in the cooler bag without any inconvenience whatsoever.
3. Picnic cooler
Going for a nice time with your family and friends on the beach? There are no better options than cooler bags. It’s easier to carry around than a nice chest and works perfectly fine in keeping your drinks cold – with the right amount of ice.
4. Wet gear bag
I always wondered if I was the only one with the problem of finding where to keep my wet clothes after returning from the beach or my swimsuit when I’m done at the pool. It could get really confusing. You don’t want to leave your wet clothes behind, yet you can’t just throw them into your backpack or handbag with the rest of your stuff.
Although a cooler bag is not totally wet proof, it can still be used to keep wet towels, swimsuits or bikinis in a separate dry place and prevent them from getting your car or handbag wet.
5. Closet organizer
Of course there’s no food or drink to keep warm in the closet, however, cooler bags aren’t restricted to keeping contents cool or warm as they can also be used as toy or closet organizers.
There are sometimes you need to segment certain things in your closet but have nowhere to keep them, so you just pack them to one corner and keep hoping that you someday find an empty container to put them into.
Search no further, as you can now use that extra cooler bag to organize your belts and slippers into one corner. They’re usually very thick so you need not worry about your items falling out when you place them by a hanger.
6. Project materials storage
If you’re into bead making, crocheting or knitting then you’ll understand how frustrating looking for your tools can be, just at the very moment you need them the most. You can avoid the usual frenzy search you get into on a daily basis by getting your cooler bag to perform the magic and contain all your instruments for easy operation.
