An Australian Chiropractic Association carried out a study to guess the number of people suffering from back pain. Studies revealed that almost 70 percent Australian suffer from back pain every week and one in four Australian suffer every day.

  2. Don’t stay in the same posture for a long time. If your job requires you to sit for long hours, take some short walks around the corridor of the office. Walking only for two minutes an hour is enough. If your job requires you to keep standing for a long time, take breaks and sit for a while.
