About Ajmer- The name Ajmer is derived from ‘Ajay Meru’, it can be roughly translated into invincible hills. The city is a center of Chauhan’s dynasty and was founded by Raja Ajaypal Chauhan in the 7th century AD. Till the late 12th century Ajmer is the epicenter of the Chauhan dynasty. The most popular Mughal Emperor in Ajmer district is Prithvi Raj Chauhan.  Later the city became a dwelling of many another dynasty like the Mughal and the Britishers. Ajmer Sharif Dargah

Daulat Bagh- Adjoining to the Ana Sagar Lake a beautiful garden is Daulat Bagh was built by the Jehangir that adds to the glory of the Lake. The garden is located in ganj, Ajmer.
