The Sunol Wilderness is located in the eater San Francisco Bay Area, Alameda County near the town of Sunol, on the southeast of Fremont. This 27.74 sq km garden was established in 1962-by the East Bay Regional Park District. It is one of the best places to enjoy rock-climbing, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, camping, and many more. The Ohlone Wilderness trail passes through the Sunol Regional Wilderness and ends on the Del Valle Regional Park near Livermore.
