Never cleaned a glass shower cabin before? If you have no idea about how to begin, we can help. There are several ways to do it and many different yet safe-to-use ingredients to make the process quick and effective.

In this blog, we will provide some convenient tips to help you keep every part of your glass shower cabin clean. From grim and grout to blocked shower holes, you can get rid of many cleaning-related issues with these tips.

Top Ways to Clean a Glass Shower Cabin

These are some extremely useful methods to help you get rid of that dirt in your glass room or shower cabin:

1. Vinegar for the Showerhead: Use vinegar to remove the stubborn grime that deposits on showerheads. Its acidic properties tend to disintegrate the grime, making it easier to remove. You can do it by filling a plastic bag halfway with white distilled vinegar and placing it on the showerhead.

The plastic bag must be big enough to completely fit the showerhead so you can tie it and let the showerhead get fully submerged in the vinegar. Let it remain on the showerhead for a minimum of 30-50 minutes. If the build-up in your glass shower cabin is more intense, try scrubbing with a toothbrush after soaking. Don’t forget to rinse!

2. Baking Soda and Vinegar for Grout: Grout can take a long time and plenty of effort to clean, especially if it’s white in colour. Instead of giving up and, eventually, getting it redone, restore your grout with a simple and natural method. Mix together vinegar and baking soda in a bowl to make a paste. Scrub your grout lines with a toothbrush dipped in this mixture. You can get the job done quicker with an old electric toothbrush, if you have one. Let the paste soak into the grout for at least half an hour, then rinse with water.

3. Cleaning Spray for Tiles: Simply spray your bathroom tiles with standard bathroom cleaning spray and wipe with a damp cloth. Again, scrub the tiles in the glass room with an old toothbrush, particularly if you can’t reach any areas with the cloth.
What about tiles that are placed higher up the wall? Well, you should be able to reach them with a mop that has an extendable handle as long as you can still spray up there.

4. Baby Oil and Lemon Juice for Faucets: Taps and faucets lose their shine quickly. Restore their metallic gleam with some lemon juice and baby oil mixed together.
