Transfer the Registration Certificate -
You need to fill the form number 29 and 30 issued by the registration authorities in India. You will have to submit the form at the RTO office located under the jurisdiction of your area. The transfer of Used Mercedes in Delhi is initiated only after the submission of these forms.
