Are You Qualified to be a Network Marketer

Have you noticed of late how many emails you are getting in your inbox everyday, asking you to join the next best thing to hit the Net, promising big bucks overnight? Some of these companies are very legit but how does the novice, who has never done MLM or Network Marketing before, become an overnight success. Simply put, they cannot. Why? Let me ask you this question, would you let a person who wants to become a doctor and has read a few books, watched doctor shows on T.V and feels he is qualified because of the little knowledge he has gleaned, operate on you? Absolutely NOT! A person who wants to become a doctor has to go to University for many years, pass strenuous exams, do an internship for several years and after that, may be ready to put out his shingle and start building a patient base. Even then, he has years of education to pay for and many set up expenses before he can say he is in profit. Also he has to continue to update his education if he is to continue to hold his license as a qualified doctor.

Network Marketing or MLM is also a profession. It takes time, effort and dedication to learn the ropes and be successful in any company you get involved with. Unfortunately, many people come on board but are not trained properly and drop out as quickly as they came in. They have been misled into thinking that even the dumb donkey can do this so why can't I. Wrong! These people need basic training that is simple and duplicatible to help them as they grow their businesses. This training is generic and something that every new recruit has to be familiar with to be successful, no matter what company they get involved in. There are so many programs out there that promise they will teach you everything you need to know, but fall short in delivering that promise to you. I have had the unfortunate experience of being a victim more than once. I wanted so much to get momentum up in my business, that I made some very bad decisions and lost a lot of money in pursuing my online education. I must say though, it has been a learning process and I have grown from the experience.

People fail in Network Marketing because of lack of training and education. No one will join you and stick with you to help you grow your business if you do not know what you are doing. People want to work with people who are professional. So where does one go to develop the skills necessary to draw other business oriented people to them?
