Why the sky's not the limit?by Ron Lester
Why? You might ask. Okay, you don't have to because I'm going to tell you anyway.
Everyone should set goals for themselves without limitations. I've always felt the only limitation you should set for yourself is when you're first getting your feet wet. You have to get yourself prepared, not only for success but for failures as well. When you're prepared for both scenarios, there's no stopping you. In my experience, it takes between 30 and 60 days to be fully prepared. In 30 to 60 days, everything should be second nature by that time.
When handling success and rejection becomes like breathing, you'll be able to accomplish anything.
With every success you experience, you don't want to savor the achievement. No, you want to jump right back on the band wagon and do it again.
With every rejection you experience, you're not going to let it frighten you off. Nope, you're going to learn from that failure and get back in the driver seat.
It's all about forward progress.
So I ask you, why limit yourself to the sky when there's so much more beyond?
