The Diet Solution Program - REVIEWS

by fatlossdiet

Two of the most popular weight loss programs in the world today are the Diet Solution program and the EODD diet (every other day diet). Both have thousands of users worldwide and excellent testimonials. But which one is better for you? Which should you use to try to lose weight with?

As both of these programs are good and proven to work for many people, this is not an easy question to answer. You can do well with both and lose a lot of pounds regardless of which one you choose. The one that is better suited for you is more of a matter of personality than objective rating.

Let's see what each of these programs offers and find the one that is better suited for you.

EODD Diet

Jon Benson's EODD diet is a weight loss program that's renowned for the fact that it allows you to eat what you like every other day and still lose weight. Naturally, you can't stuff yourself full of food and expect to lose weight. In addition, you do need to eat according to the diet's guidelines on the rest of the days, in which you need to consume a high protein diet. In addition, you also need to workout regularly for the diet to work.

Even though the fact that you can eat what you like every other day is a nice factor, you do need to do some work to be able to do it and still lose weight. That being said, EODD is a structured and rather easy program to do and stick to for as long as you like.

Diet Solution Program

While the Every Other Day Diet is a structured weight loss plan, the Diet Solution Program by Isabel De Los Rios is an entirely different matter. This isn't a diet plan, but a health and nutrition program that helps you lose weight as a side effect. Yes, the program is marketed as a weight loss plan, but it is much more than that.

The Diet Solution program helps you to learn which are the foods that are really healthy (and not just the ones that are marketed as such). It teaches you how to create an eating plan that's right for you and your metabolic type, and it places the emphasis on health and not weight loss.

This is not a structured weight loss plan but a health manual for life. If you need a structured plan than EODD will work better for you. If you want something that's more general and educating, than Isabel De Los Rios's plan is the way to go.
