True Networking and why so many fail

by Hercules Cummings Real Estates You have probably seen so many ads online claiming to produce thousands of leads making you money in a short amount of time with little or no work at all. Sorry to burst your bubble, those are called Fairy Tales, every industry has them, and they have been going around since the dawn of man kind. If you think those programs work, then you might as well buy a lottery ticket because you will have the same chance and you'll save a little more money than a start up costs. Those kinds of people get rich off the ones that fall for their get rich quick program!! Its been going on for ages and people still fall for them!!!! Unbelievable.

Do you remember what the word "network" means? When you break the word down, you'll notice the word "work" involved. Yes, that's correct, you must work. It doesn't matter how many mixers you attend, regional events or conference calls you go to, books you read because those alone won't make you successful. So put on your working shoes and get to work!!!

Another problem why so many networkers fail is because they forget the most fundamental element ever: Relationships!! When you deal with people, you deal with their wants and needs. You treat people like products, you get treated like a salesman along with a rejection rocket aimed straight at you. If you think you can produce powerful results without understanding people and creating relationships you will fail network marketing. Simple as that.

There are no shortcuts in MLM and "connecting" with people is vital.  Connecting means effectively communicating when them, not seeing them as a "doer" but a "being". Understand their fears, needs, and wants. Not to satisfy them but to understand them in a supportive way.

People are far more important than any feel good juice, or some grow 2 feet taller pills, or some kind of wrinkle free remover you have to offer. No matter how great your products are, people are the most important products you will ever have for your success. You must treat people like the products you are passionate about!! You must take care of them. Now I'm not saying kiss their ass or carry them on your back but in a genuine way, connect with them.

Connecting with people connects you to success!
