I don't know if anyone already heard about this new paid to search site, created or better say online  since a couple of days. It is called Scour.

The difference from the other one I knew or used to frequent a little bit, is that Scour calls itself a Paying Social Search Engine.

And the fact that explains this is the possibility to make search and be able to comment and vote any type of Search result, get some points from that and get paid at a certain limit.

Features for Now:

1. Search (Google Yahoo MSN) on one page for web, image, and video.
2. Toolbar for browser searching.
3. Get Rewarded for 6500 points with a  scout VISA CARD or money(25$)

Is it a scam?

Well, I cannot guarantee anything, though I made a search and couldn't find anything related to this site being a scam. To check by yourself you can make a search below with a query like: Is Scour a scam?


What do I think?

I think this is a great idea. Making a search engine socially is genial to me. In the nearest feature they can even customize search results by user ratings(not sure if Google gone allow this-let's suppose).

Hence I signed up, and though to share it with Apsense members.
