Turning 60 - Just Did-Truths About Being 60

Wow ! I just turned 60 yesterday ! Had lots of memorable celebration ! But was thinking this morning with my coffee about how my life is changing that that I am "over the hill"

Here are the things that I have decided about being 60-

The funny thing is that I really don't feel much different than I did when I was 59. So I have come to the conclusion that age is only a number and it won't define me .....

Sure I am not 29 anymore, but who wants to be !

I have many roads to travel and much to learn before I pass, so now I am ready to explore them all !

Things that used to bother me , don't seem to bother me as much

Putting my feet on the floor every morning and being grateful to be able to do so is a real blessing

The greatest assests in our lives are family and friends....the rest is just stuff

No one can define who I am or what I should be

No one can make me mad or annoyed unless I let them

I have a great capacity to love

My sex appeal didn't die when I turned 60

Hugging is the best way to say hello

No matter what the problem is or how bad things get,  there is always much to be glad about

I choose to be happy each and every day

Negativity is a drian on my energy

Life is a great adventure

I am ready to start the second part of my life !
