Our real investing program is a no-risk method of buying and selling investment properties.

This is because you are not risking your cash or your credit when buying and selling
investment properties with us. We specialize in a specific type of simultaneous close that
lenders allow nationwide.

This unique simultaneous close allows us to sell a home before we have actually bought
the home. We contract with a seller to buy their home then find an end-buyer that qualifies
for a note purchase or a sub-prime mortgage loan.

Our documents do the rest, you collect your 50% of the profits at closing.

We simply place cash offers to home sellers willing to sell you their home at any amount
below fair market value. We never have to put up money, not even earnest money, so there
is nothing to lose. Our system generates the cash by closing using problem credit buyers
who need our help to purchase a home.

Once contracted, we then use our methods to go into contract to sell the home to a buyer
that has 'problem credit' and needs "our" financing options in order to buy a home. Our
methods, steps, and paperwork are then put into final motion and turned into the Title
Company for closing.

Once closed and funded, the Title Company cuts a check for the difference between what we
bought the house for and what we resold it for. There are no discounts or other fees taken
from our profit, you earn 50%.

needs. The one who jumps in front of that scenario... gets the profits. We provide you
with a precreated site that targets sellers. However, the real power is in knowing where to
place your link for sellers to find you. We reveal that in our training.

Our training makes it so easy for anyone to have their own site working to bring them in leads 24/7.

Once you get your website from me all you have to do is visit those sites I gave you and
basically email sellers where an email address is given and tell them you are interested in
their property and request they visit your website and fill out the seller's info. Once they
do that, an email is generated to you with their info. Forward that to me and in the subject of your email, put the FULL property address including the zip code. I will then send them an
informal offer and you will get a copy.

Once we get the informal offer accepted, I will prepare the formal offer and send it to them via
email and a copy to you. Once they accept that, I will show you how we will market it online to about

Bad News Is Good News For Us!

This morning Wachovia Corp reported a dismal
quarter which heightened concerns about how corporate
results will fare amid the ongoing credit crisis.

The nation's fourth-largest bank suffered more write-downs linked
to its troubled mortgage business, and slashed its dividend for the
second time this year. Wachovia is leaving the wholesale mortgage
lending business, which means the Homes Seller Assist program will
become even more important, plus the program has just been opened
up to investors.

On owner occupied properties they can deal with credit scores down to
