I have owned several different businesses.......a restaurant;
a salon, a mortgage company, a media company, and I have even dabbled in a
Top-Tier direct sales company as well as real estate investing. While I have
been successful, I have also been broke. There are many reasons for this...and
the list is long - everything from poor marketing and self-sabotage to Mother
Nature (Hurricanes) and poor decisions (family involved in business).

I'm sure you know that if you "play it safe", you are bound to be
sorry. However, I have always been looking for something that I couldn't screw
up and that would allow me to have a Life at the same time.
