food microconsulting provides simple, fast and affordable advice to food industry professionals. I created food microconsulting to advise food professionals who do not have access to traditional consulting due to the high costs involved. Today coaching, mentoring, and advising are mostly reserved to a few well-off CEOs and MDs. I hope to change that. I help people develop their business (business owners) or develop themselves (employees). I use my extensive experience in the food industry to accompany my clients on a specific subject. It can be as wide as the complete review of their business (owners) or very specific like reviewing the quality of a presentation. It can last days (rarely weeks) or minutes. I also help my clients during career moves. It is like having an independent experienced MD at your disposal for any question relative to your work. |
