About our Business
food microconsulting provides simple, fast and affordable advice to food industry professionals.I created food microconsulting to advise food professionals who do not have access to traditional consulting due to the high costs involved. Today coaching, mentoring, and advising are mostly reserved to a few well-off CEOs and MDs. I hope to change that.
I help people develop their business (business owners) or develop themselves (employees). I use my extensive experience in the food industry to accompany my clients on a specific subject. It can be as wide as the complete review of their business (owners) or very specific like reviewing the quality of a presentation. It can last days (rarely weeks) or minutes. I also help my clients during career moves. It is like having an independent experienced MD at your disposal for any question relative to your work.
