I’m Saul Zenkevicius, a Commercial Real Estate investor and founder of Z Equity Group. Over the past 20 years, I’ve built a $100M+ real estate portfolio, invested in over 1.2 million square feet, and successfully completed more than 200 principal deals—alongside 2,000 brokered transactions.
My mission is to not only grow sustainable investments in commercial real estate but to help others break into the industry and build lasting success. I’m passionate about mentoring aspiring investors, sharing the knowledge I’ve gained from every negotiation, partnership, and project along the way.
Based in Chicago, I balance my professional pursuits with life as a husband and father of three. When I’m not closing deals, you’ll likely find me training for triathlons and Ironmans—racing across the globe with finish lines in places like New Zealand and Lima already checked off the list.
