With the support of the Meditating Group's energy and the Open Sky House Community's volunteers, we sit together in silence. The Vipassana Island Weekend is a more rigorous but concentrated version that highlights the benefits and value of meditation. We start the Friday night with a peaceful evening in the Open Sky House in Cologne and a Satsang with John David. The 48-hour meditation then starts, with each person focusing on their own Vipassana meditation subject.
