Hi, I’m Lauren Goldstein, founder and CEO of Golden Key Partnership—but most people know me as “The Biz Doctor.” I help business owners create companies that run smoothly without relying on them 24/7, so they can scale with intention, freedom, and profitability.
My journey started early—at just 7 years old, I launched my first business, sparking a lifelong passion for strategy and problem-solving. With a background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, I discovered that my real gift wasn’t treating patients but diagnosing and transforming businesses.
