The research, project management, execution, and communication surrounding customer-facing content, inclusive of web, social and outbound communications. This includes marketing campaigns, product launches, and communications. I also help to execute, test, and report findings on email marketing programs. Not to forget and just to be clear, SEO is a part of my role too.
