Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center (IDCC) is a nonprofit mental health organization serving Brooklyn and surrounding communities since 1974. With a mission to provide accessible, compassionate, and stigma-free care, IDCC specializes in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and schizophrenia.
What makes Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center unique is its holistic approach, combining therapy and psychiatry with supportive services like care management, nutritional guidance, and innovative treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). The center also offers school-based programs, community outreach, certified community behavioral health clinics (CCBHC), and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to meet diverse needs across all age groups.
With nearly 50 years of experience and multiple locations in Canarsie, Coney Island, Crown Heights, Flatbush, and Williamsburg, IDCC remains committed to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building healthier communities through culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care.
