I don't recommend any book but NCERT for basics and later on past year questions of CAT will be more than sufficient. If we talk specifically, for Quants and Verbal section, CAT papers from 1991 to 2008 have very nice content. For DILR, since the section comes with a different flavour now, the best source will be CAT papers from 2017 onwards and all the questions which come in different mock tests. There are several books in the market but their content is not that relevant as what CAT asks for.
