S.Nijalingappa College is one of the premier and prestigious Institutions of the KLE Society. It made a humble beginning in a rented building near mayo hall on M.G.Road with 200 students and 5 staff members in 1963. Today KLE’s S.Nijalingappa College has grown into a gigantic tree achieving new heights, with more than 6500 students and 500 members of the staff. The fact that the College has been reaccredited with CGPA 3.82 out of 4 (highest in Karnataka) and was accorded a rare status by UGC
