Bhansali Nickel Alloys, headquartered in the bustling industrial hub of Mumbai, has earned a reputation as one of India’s most trusted manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of high‑performance metal alloys. Since our inception, we have focused on delivering premium‑grade round bars, seamless and welded pipes, precision‑engineered fittings, and thick‑plate sheets that meet the demanding specifications of sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, aerospace, power generation, and heavy engineering. Our product portfolio spans a wide spectrum of alloys, including titanium, duplex and super‑duplex stainless steel, Inconel®, Monel®, Hastelloy®, nickel‑iron, alloy‑steel, and specialty grades that are engineered for extreme temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and superior mechanical strength. Each alloy is sourced from vetted mills and then processed in‑house using state‑of‑the‑art technologies such as CNC turning, precision grinding, hot‑dip galvanising, sand‑blasting, torch‑cutting and band‑saw machining. These capabilities enable us to produce round bars ranging from 5 mm to 500 mm in diameter, pipes up to 2 m in diameter and 30 m in length, as well as custom‑size plates and sheets up to 25 mm thick. Quality is the cornerstone of our operations. Our facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified and comply with international standards such as ASTM, EN, and API. A dedicated quality‑control team conducts rigorous inspections at every stage—material receipt, heat‑treatment, dimensional verification, non‑destructive testing (NDT), and final dispatch. Traceability matrices are maintained for each batch, ensuring full transparency for our clients. Research and development play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. We maintain an in‑house metallurgical lab staffed by experienced metallurgists and material scientists who continuously refine alloy compositions, optimise heat‑treatment cycle
