Founded in 1960 named Beijing Metallurgical Research Institute, the largest metallic functional materials R&D manufacturing base in China, renamed Beijing Beiye Functional Materials Corporation (for short: Beiye) in July, 2005 and also turned from a state owned enterprise into a privately owned company. As a national high-tech enterprise, we concentrate on supplying qualified precision alloy, superalloys, and special stainless steels for the power electronic industry, the aerospace industry, the electric locomotive industry and the automobile industry. At the same time, we have been keeping very close cooperation relation with many famous universities and research institutes. Located within our fabrication area is the high precision strip cold rolling line, bimetal bonding facilities, alloy bar production line, alloy wire and rod production line, magnetic core and components production line, permanent magnets production line, amorphous and nano-crystalline ribbon/core production line providing the following manufacturing capabilities: Air induction melting Vacuum induction melting Superalloy bar Casting Sheet, strip and ribbon rolling Rod and wire drawing Tape wound, lamination and punched core fabricating Metal bonding.
