April Pad is operated by three experts in their respective fields. Warner Williams, April Keaton, and Katherine Valladares founded the platform in 2022. A year later, the website went live.

Warner Williams: SEO and Content Writer with over 16 years of experience. The former assistant manager at Final Consultants, a marketing firm, is the principal contributor to April Pad.
April Keaton: An Affiliate Handle and Content Writer with over 10 years of experience. Her experience includes Real Week Media and Shod Sports. She is the affiliate manager at April Pad.
Katherine Valladares: This financial expert specializes in personal finance and heads the platform's accounting. Known for her lectures at NCU, she continues to provide one-on-one assistance to bloggers.
In 2023, April Pad launched a monthly writing contest that created a massive following of bloggers. The winners of these contests and related blogs are still members of the platform.

By 2024, the platform introduced its “Rank Now” campaign, with many bloggers attesting to reaching the top ten on Google.
