Preparing for the Half Marathon

You enjoy running, and sincerely want to give a half-marathon a whirl. Essentially, before starting this variety of training program, you have been running for a few months minimum, and about ten miles per week. It's suggested that you are recently cleared for the obstacle of a 13.1 mile run (22 km), by your Healthcare Professional .
