How many of us actually know what the real reason for headaches?

Hello everyone. As a new member I would like to ask ... how many of us actually know what the real reason for headaches, neck pain, pain in the chest .. there are still a lot of symptoms that are different from person to person ...? Do you have these or similar problems? How to solve them?
