We are knitting- or crocheting helmet liners for service people going overseas, and also lap robes for the wounded warriers who are in our local hospitals. We have a lady who co-ordinates where they are needed and a veteran who gets them to the proper places- so there is no mailing involved. She tells us what is requested and we do what we can to help out. We are a very small group but she says no amount is too small.We are happy to have found a way to help.
