I have been hearing too many people say they are way too busy building their business. QUESTION I ask is, WHY?
Have you ever heard the expression, "Less is better"?
You may think I am crazy but I want you to think about this for a second:
Some of us are trying to build a MLM Business and we are beating are heads on a brick wall recruiting people and leaving others we have recruited to defend for themselves. This is why, in my opinion 97% of MLM'ers fail. No one is helping or teaching them how to build a business. We recruit send them a few emails to get them started and then forget about them because we are bombarded helping others.
Here is my solution if we are to see success:
Lean to teach and get one referral to do what you are doing. Be a mentor or a leader! Show them how to get started. Be there when they need you the most.
Be the Sorcerer in "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" the Sorcerer, played by Nicholas Cage has to find the child that will be the next Great Sorcerer like Merlin.  But before he can become the Great Sorcerer he has to be Nicholas Cage's Apprentice and learn how to make and control magic. Our business is no different! Find the one person and teach them how to build their business to become the next Great Marketer.
Here is what will happen:
Your apprentice will start referring others just like you. Guess what? You won't have to work so hard or try so hard to be successful.
Conclusion:

Training 100 people at the same time is madness. Learn to teach one referral at a time and watch your business grow just because you took the time to help another.

Lonnie,

Exactly my thinking one referral a time why l really think smaller is better, easier to train and to teach each new member one at a time. Why this group has gotten a little to big, why l really want to make this group successful.....Thanks for the great article on how we all should think....

Great advise Lonnie! Running around trying to get people in and then not doing anything with them is akin to spam. Not quality work at all!

Hey Lonnie,

Love the title, you have definitely enhanced this blog....great article...what Lonnie did here is went back and reviewed his article and played with it.

Decide to change the title on his article, perfectly legal...he wanted to send a very important message, why he did what did...the difference between some one who cares and will succeed, for the simple reason they have no comfort zone..

Do you get the point...why this group will succeed.....you have leaders who actually think and lead and not exactly follow....

Good Luck......l will reduce this group by month end, l need MEMBERS who will lead and provide information that we all can earn knowledge from...

Regards,

Joseph F. Botelho

Thank you everyone for your comments and I hope you will take the advice and find someone you can take by the hand and teach them how to do what you have done.

If you don't think you have something to share then find a mentor and learn form them so you can teach others.

Some of you I won't name names are spamming this article and are going to be reported for abuse.
