I recently joined a fantastic company One24 and am so happy with it.  So I'm going crazy and having a blast marketing this new business.  It's really super easy but anyway, as I'm still new at this, I'm learning what's "OUT THERE" in the internet world.

I must admit, I'm pretty much a newbie to a lot of this world of internet marketing and I have learned so much. I have also joined so many programs I've had to add like 5 or more new email addresses just to keep up with my new email! 

I'd really like a little help here, if someone has some steps they'd like to add:

Do you have this problem too? 
How do you handle all the overload?
Do you have any specific steps you take to market your "MAIN" business?
What did you do to weed out all the "junk" meaning non-money makers?

Thanks for all the feedback and discussion.  Much needed for me and who knows who else.
