What do you use your points for?
I recently ran a campaign to have people comment on my Rev Page that advertised an eBook I was giving away and 50 comments resulted in me signing up 15 subscribers. Sweeva only produced 2 subscribers from 300 visits.
So my conclusion was the best use of my points is to create a Rev Page, run a Campaign to bring visitors to it and capture leads by giving something free away.
