The personal way get to know each other is going quite well. So I thought I would supplement it with group questions. There may something you would like to ask everyone. So this would save you from having to ask everyone on an individual basis.

I will be coming up with some questions. If you would like to add one, all you have to do is leave your question here, and I will take care of the rest. These will be titled under Group Questions (GQ). That will bring attention to them.

I'd like to ask everyone if they are still members at/running the same business they joined/started as first

Yuki,

That is a great question. I will start off with it.

Arthur Webster Senior   Just plain honesty
Thanks for the invite, Lynn.

I do have a very serious question which no-one has yet given me a satisfactory answer to.

Because of my health I have been involved in clinical trials of hundreds (literally) of health foods, suppliments and physical trainings.

Speaking to many people about their health foods etc. I find that few stick to the same ones for any significant length of time because they are always finding new ones.

Very few people I have spoken to have sought professional advice about dietary changes - relying, instead, upon the sales person who knocked on their door and told them about the product.

Nobody I have spoken to has done any research into the products they are so happily ingesting.

The nearest anybody has come to telling me that they have a real benefit from their products (not counting, of course, the salesman who has always just cured some terrific disease with his product) is a member here, at Apsense, and all he could say was that he enjoyed the drink he and his family used. As far as I'm concerned, that is reason enough for taking a health suppliment, but far too many people don't really know why they still take what they do.

Obviously the market is huge but it also appears very fickle since there is always some new exotic berry or mineral being hawked around as the latest and best thing.

That is the back ground to my (sorry, two part) question which is:-

Do you honestly know that a particular suppliment is really improving your health? If it is and it was not prescribed by your doctor, have you told your doctor about the benefits?
