Many players discuss that whether Final Fantasy will go away in the future. Many loyal fans really like this game so much, and they don’t want this game is gone. However, some others think SE don’t improve this game for better experience, so this game will lose players and make it out of market! In this article, I collect some ideas from different players about the future of FFXIV.
 
I don’t care about anything for the future of FFXIV unless it involves Red Mage. Its my favorite class from FFXI. I don’t really care for the other classes except if hey ever bring in blue Mage or thief or even samuri that’s where all the good classes are. 

I'm still having good hopes for Red Mage. Rapier main hand still unused. I really hope they expand the job system down the road. I like FFXIV, but in terms of job complexity (and story/lore/presentation) FFXI still has it beat despite having a far more shallow combat system. You need to buy FFXIV Gil to buy weapons or equipment so that you can level fast.

It's a shame that the armory system ended up being as restrictive as it is compared to XI's job + sub job setup (and having multiple weapon types per class). Would love to see skill chains make a comeback as well.

If Red Mage came into the game, it would be nothing like it was in 11. If you like the dot mechanic play, if you like being a battery for your party play Bard. I hate Bard as it is so boring. Many players wanted Mages balled when it brings your attack way down so all you do is pretty much.

They'd have to remake the entire Trinity + Combat system for that to work. Or just the trinity, w/e. Still a lot of work. With how FF14 is set up, I don't see how Red Mage would fit. It would be a easy solo class to get from 1-50. You can buy cheap FFXIV Gil from ssegold.com with fast delivery!

But what of endgame? Surely, people would want a Paladin or Warrior over a Red Mage. People would groan at the sight of a Red Mage being primary healer instead of a Scholar or White Mage since their heals couldn't compare. Really the only thing going for them in endgame is just to act as dps.

If they are going to add a Red Mage. They'll probably do the same thing they did to Bard. Archer, gave it 4 songs.. slapped the name on it and there you go.I don't think we'll ever see Red Mage in the game... at least not the way it was played and used in FFXI. I loved them back in FFXI. But who knows, maybe they will finally, one day, release dual-purpose class just like a Red Mage was.

Just because Eos/Selene heal better than you, Jeremy? Don't be bitter, get better. Remember Red Mage would be the best enfeebler in mobs and enhancer for crew I say and best solo job shouldn't be meant for over power DPS or healers ya looking at it all wrong.

BLU would really make for a nice balance if they can make it work balanced DPS/Heals physical/magical spell potency.
