Sports arbitrage is risk-zero type of betting practiced by many professional sports betting players. Sports arbitrage is also called arbitrage betting and it's not classic type of betting. It can be considered as sports investment.

I have great experience with sports arbitrage. I've started to interest about sports arbitrage when I started to promote 100PercentWinners arbitrage betting software. In the following example I will explain what exactly is sports arbitrage and why it is most secure investment.

The easiest way to calculate sports arbitrage is to analyze tennis matches. The analyzing should be performed taking the matches odds from different online or offline bookies. I am using online bookies because they are more numerous.

The example I choose is American Football and will play on 06.09.2013 between Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens.

The bwin odd for Denver Broncos is 1.44 and the PINNACLE odd for Baltimore Ravens is 4.14.

My initial investment will be $1000.

bwin: (1/1.44)*100 =69.44%

PINNACLE: (1/4.14)*100 =24.15%

69.44% + 24.15% = 93.59% < 100%

Because 93.59% is lower than 100% that means we have sports arbitrage.

93.59%/100 = 0.9359

Let's calculate how much money we should put on the bwin ticket and how much money on PINNACLE ticket?

bwin: ($1000*69.44%/100)/(93.59%/100) = $741.96

PINNACLE: ($1000*24.15%/100)/(93.59%/100) = $258.04

Let's calculate the profit!

If bwin ticket wins: $741.96 * 1.44 = $1068.42

If PINNACLE ticket wins: $258.04 * 4.14 = $1068.28

We have pure profit of $68 or 6.8% rate.

Because we played on both results we have no chance to loose so that calculation prove that sports arbitrage is really working.
