I have learned that forgiving releases you.

I release my self first of all so I forgive my self.

I forgive my self for being naive, allowing others to take advantage of my body and soul.

I forgive all the persons who made me suffer, starting with my parents who offered me a childhood full of lower vibrations.

Through the sufferings and the trials, wich now I call them experiences I have learned and made me become the person I am now.

I overcome the self pitty and I stopped clinging desperate on others beliving that my happiness depends on them.

My best friend is me, being happy or unhappy depends only on me and only I can allow others to hurt me.

I attract in my life people from wich I learn or I can teach them.

To give Love or anything I must Love myself first of all, I must have the thing i want to give.

I give what I like to recive and I have stopped to controll other peoples life.
